We aspire to broadly apply and make accessible several modalities, including double-strand breaks, base editing, and reverse transcriptase (RT) editing to modify gene targets both in vivo and ex vivo. • Induced Pluripotent Stem Cells (iPSCs) - We are setting a new standard with well-characterized induced pluripotent stem cell (iPSC) lines that are produced in stroma-free, xeno-free, and serum-free conditions.
