Syngene partnered with a leading global animal healthcare company to support the development of a novel multi-antiparasitic formulation designed to treat dogs affected by a broad spectrum of parasitic infections, including ticks, roundworms, hookworms, pinworms, and other gastrointestinal worms. Following the successful formulation development, the client entrusted Syngene with the development and manufacture of clinical trial supplies for the program.

Leveraging its expertise in pharmaceutical development and manufacturing, Syngene successfully developed and produced flavored oral tablets containing multiple active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) within an accelerated timeline of just six months. Despite the complexity associated with incorporating multiple APIs into a single dosage form, the team ensured robust content uniformity, product quality, and stability throughout the development process.

In addition to manufacturing clinical supplies, Syngene produced clinical trial batches across multiple dosage strengths to support various study requirements. Matching placebo tablets were also developed and supplied, ensuring consistency in appearance, taste, and performance characteristics for blinded clinical studies. Review how the successful execution of this project demonstrated Syngene's capability to rapidly deliver complex veterinary pharmaceutical formulations while meeting stringent quality and regulatory expectations.
