Generate Customized Models With The TARGATT™ Mouse

Generating customized models is faster and more efficient with the TARGATT™ mouse model. We are pleased to announce that in addition to an FVB strain, the TARGATT™ mouse is now available on a C57BL/6 background strain, the internationally recognized standard model for genetic manipulations in mice.  

A transgenic mouse engineered to produce models with investigator-designed exogenous DNA sequences knocked-in to a specific site, the TARGATT™ mouse has three tandem attP sequences in the Hipp11 (H11) locus on mouse chromosome 11. 
 
The TARGATT™ mouse, with the TARGATT™ kit of reagents to facilitate high-efficiency, targeted integration of exogenous DNA into the H11 locus, is useful for:

• Gene knockdown (siRNA-expressing transgenes)
• Insert reporter genes
• Overexpress genes of interest
• Generate humanized models
