E. coli Circular Template Kit

Intended for use with the RTS 500 Instrument, the RTS 500 E. coli Circular Template Kit is the key to continuous-exchange cell-free technology. It allows you to produce large quantities of protein with a reagent set containing everything you need to perform five reactions. Take advantage of the revolutionary reaction device, which comprises a 1 ml reaction compartment and a 10 ml feeding compartment separated by a semi-permeable membrane.

Each kit contains E. coli lysate, reaction mix, feeding mix energy mix, dilution buffer, GFP control vector, five cloning vectors and five disposable reaction devices.
