The Oral Solid Dose (OSD) facility can handle DEA Schedule I-V material, handling of Safebridge 3b compounds, and Low Humidity Suites qualified to less than 30% RH. Alcami boasts a state-of-the-art OSD development suite that includes the development version of all of our commercial manufacturing equipment, non-GMP analytical testing lab, stability chambers, and small-scale blistering equipment that enables accelerated development of products. The facility can handle commercial blends up to 650Kgs.

Alcami also offers packaging services, including bottling, blistering, vial labeling, and pre-filled syringe labeling with plunger rod insertion. Alcami can meet your commercial packaging needs by serializing and fully aggregating your products from the sellable unit through palletization. Alcami also offers a wide range of secondary packaging configurations, including carding & walleting, cartoning, and kit assembly. With expertise in clinical labeling, Alcami can handle open, blinded, and double-blinded clinical material.
