The CHO Edge System is an IND-approved platform that supports diverse molecule types like IgGs, bsAbs, biosimilars, and ADCs. It includes a GS knock-out host cell line, with an optional GS/fucosyltransferase (FUT8) double knock-out line available for 100% afucosylated antibodies5. The platform features a growing library of characterized genetic parts and the Kernel computer-aided design (CAD) software, which uses proprietary biophysical/AI models to optimize expression vector designs.
