TJ Harper, Director of Material Characterization & Operations in Longmont, CO, brings over 15 years of experience in analytical chemistry, risk analysis, method development, and operations. With a Master’s in chemistry from the University of North Carolina, Harper has designed and built several laboratory spaces to meet cGMP requirements, ensuring quality and compliance in every project.

He values strong client relationships based on trust, open communication, and delivering results. His expertise spans material characterization, including elemental impurities by ICP-MS, X-Ray Powder Diffraction, Thermal Analysis, and Laser Particle Size Determination, as well as lab design and operations.
