Cambrex Scientist Spotlight: Kelly McGuill

Kelly McGuill, Microbiology Analyst IV in Agawam, MA, brings extensive expertise in sterility testing, environmental monitoring, and microbial enumeration. With a biology degree from Westfield State University, McGuill transitioned from environmental safety to microbiology and now oversees planning and testing schedules for the sterility department.

She also trains other sites on sterility testing and gowning qualifications. As the Radiation Safety Officer at Cambrex Agawam and a STEM educator, McGuill is dedicated to inspiring the next generation of scientists. Her commitment to quality ensures that clients stay compliant and focused on advancing to the next phase of their projects.
