The subcutaneous (SC) delivery of monoclonal antibodies (mAbs) offers advantages over intravenous (IV) infusion, for it is less invasive, reduces administration time, and enables self-administration. However, to meet the required dosage within the limited volume of SC administration, formulations often need to be highly concentrated.
