New Purpose-Built Facility For Large-Scale Sterile Fill/Finish Operations

Our new facility significantly boosts our sterile fill-finish capabilities, featuring an advanced aseptic vial fill-finish line with a fully isolated containment system. This includes twin 430-sq-ft lyophilizers with automatic loading and unloading, and a high-speed integrated filler capable of producing up to 300,000 vials at 400 per minute. We've also incorporated best-in-class production infrastructure like Smart Fill modules for optimal product usage, SKANFOG® decontamination technology, and comprehensive quality control systems with 100% checkweighing and inline camera inspection.

This marks our third high-throughput, isolator-based commercial sterile fill-finish facility in four years, expanding our capacity for late-phase clinical and large-scale commercial small molecule and biologic drugs, including high-value products like mAbs, fusion proteins, and peptides.
