Cook Pharmica's vial line are customizable allowing manufacturing flexibility with filling row-by-row loading and unloading for lyophilization and capping all take place under barrier isolation. The completely automated process startes by using an in-line vial washer. Then the vials enter the depyrogenation tunnel which feeds vials onto a turn table and are then fed into a four-headed filler. Then stoppers are filed are charged through a rapid transfer port where vials are stoppered for either liquid or lyo formats.
